Blagger is apparently British slang for a bank robber.  I like this better if you change it to blogger. 

I ran my usual run today.  I'm pretty sure that I've already run more in 2012 than I did in all of 2011.  That means one of two things - either blogging is a very successful way to stay motivated to run or I've done enough for the year and can shut it down.  Hmmm - we'll have to wait and see which way this one goes.

I've changed the end of my standard run to lengthen it from 4 to 4.1.  That's what they call progress.
