Running has been so good lately that lacing up my shoes is like vines on the gate to heaven, so good do my feet feel in my awesome shoes. I ran 3.5 both this morning and yesterday morning, and its just been beautiful outside, high 70's with a gentle breeze blowing. I've been doing my outside route, which involves running TO the gym, but not actually going inside, which is perfect. I feel energized and refreshed and ready to tackle my day.
