I did go for a run yesterday, but it was no walk in the park. In fact, it was a stop in the park. Dammit. So I got in 2 miles. Tonight I went in the hood again and had much better luck, but it was a tough one. I pretty much walked most of the last mile because the blisters on my feet hurt so bad. It's time to give in and get some new shoes I guess. 3.5 today. 111.5 down.
