does golfing count as crosstraining?

Cause that's all I did today. Then had to go to Ks football game. No time for anything else. Probably shouldn't have taken yesterday off I guess.

    Well, the treadmills at my work gym have a setting that says "nine holes", so I would say it counts.

    that's hilarious!!! Although I use a golf cart, I doubt the 9 hole setting accounts for that. haha!
