If you want my future, forget my past

That's some Spice Girls yo. I just returned to the sweltering valley heat from the cool pines in Pinetop. I got two runs in, on Wed and Fri, of about 3 miles. I won't lie, there was lots o walking, but it got done.

    That altitude is a bitch! I'm getting ready to run my women for women 5K and will post when I get back.
