I ran four miles on Sunday OUTSIDE and three miles today OUTSIDE!!! THREE CHEERS FOR OUTSIDE!!!  Things I saw:

- kids playing on lawns that are turning green (the lawns, not the kids)

- a baseball player practicing his pitch

- dogs dogs everywhere dogs

- runners runners everywhere runners

- a blue bird

- people aerating their lawns

It's good. It's all good.
