Missy, please don't give up...... maybe you can just walk this one the whole way? It would totally suck for you to have registered and everything and me coming down there and everything and then you not do it. That sucks! I didn't exercise for TWO WEEKS, you can recover from this, it's not nearly as big a deal as you are thinking it is.

ReplyDeleteUnacceptable. Get back on the bus. You are putting too much pressure on yourself. Just one step at a time is all you need. You win if you just go.
