Finally

Every time Mari rebels I seem to have permission to do same!! I finally got my ass out there today for the first time since Mon. But today, I swam instead and it was a really nice change. I was able to go at 430pm when the sun was off the lap pool and I did 2/3 mile. When I was swimming regularly I was doing a mile but I was pretty beat today trying to get back into it. Is so low impact too, and full body workout. Good stuff. Then J and I made the worlds best tacos and I pigged out.
