Went four at the gym, on the treadmill. I tried to do the incline, but my shins were really fussing at me when I did that, so I went ahead and did it just flat. I am thinking I might be doing it backwards though, with doing the incline at the beginning, I think on Tuesday I am going to try doing the first mile flat and then the next three miles at an incline, that way I am warmed up and stuff.
