RunninOnEmpty - I am a forty-ish lackadaisical jogger and mom of two living in Arizona. I run to keep myself in fighting shape for other things I want to do, ie skiing, hiking, couch sitting, and lounging by the pool. I eschew most sorts of metrics on my running and rarely run with a watch. I've been running on and off since I was about 10. I love running in the rain but not the heat or cold, which tends to create challenges living in the desert. I usually have a chubby dog aka FatDog running alongside me. Cast of Characters
