I will try some of those songs. Some of them on your list I already have on mine.
I did the bike for 45 minutes today. No big deal. My plan for the week is to run Tuesday and Thursday and then do my first outdoors run on Saturday. I am ordering the interval timer thing that Missy has. And yes, all my running thus far has been treadmill running. I am rather anxious about running outside, for any number of ridiculous reasons, but I'm going to do it this Saturday.
