Okay

Okay, I did four at the gym today (it is REALLY windy out today, I was absolutely NOT willing to attempt an outside run), half at a .5 incline. So, feel good enough about that.

I have made myself up a training schedule through the end of August, which gets my training runs up to 8 miles. I decided to see what happens up to then, rather than plan all the way through to the race.

And I am now..... registered. Do you guys know we are going to get a "heavy medal" medal? Since we are completing two of these fuckers in one calendar year! WOOT!

  1. I did know that, I got one a couple years ago. You get an even better medal if you do three!!!
