Back at it ladies!!!!

I had an awesome run last night for the first time in a long time. I ran almost the whole 3.5 and did it in just over 11 min miles. I think a big factor was that I wore my sport watch and timed myself. That seems to provide a real motivation, as my goal is to get down to 10 min miles for the shorter runs. It really spurred me to keep running when I probably would have started walking.

Also, I reviewed my exercise log for the past three months and was disappointed to see I've only been going 9-10 times a month. That's only 2-3 times a week! So I need to buckle down on that too, and make sure I'm getting in 3-4 times per week.
