A hard one

Today I was back on the treadmill in a more disciplined fashion than the last week. I did my first mile at 11 min pace and it was tough. Tried the 2nd mile at my 10 min pace but just couldn't hold it, so I ran/walked at intervals. I'm convinced that the consistency and repetition makes me stronger.
