I went to the gym planning to do my 45 on the bike, but then I decided to do 60, and then I decided I really wanted to do 20 miles, which took me 65 minutes. So, that's what I did.
No. I stand before you as evidence that exercise causing weight loss is a MYTH. Minding everything that you eat and going hungry sometimes is what causes weight loss.
What's funny is this morning I was thinking how I believe I have become somewhat of a junkie with this whole exercise thing and I was comparing it in my head to someone who takes up smoking to try to lose weight.... only one outcome there, a fat smoker. I took up exercise to try to lose weight, became an endorphin junkie and have ended up, not skinny, but simply a fat exerciser. Actually, that is not entirely true, I always knew exercise was only of minimal help in weight loss.
You so rock. Are you losing weight? You must be.
