Because it effs up any decent Saturday running. I didn't go at all on Sat thanks to shots called redheaded slut (which I referred to all night as redheaded stepchild). And today I was just too damn grumpy. I did get out around 5 and did my 3.5 route slow and easy. But no long this weekend. Maybe I will try tomorrow night for a long.
