I walked 3.37. The weather is so nice. I felt really fatigued the first 1/2 mile or so but then I perked up. I'll start running again as soon as I feel like it. I did walk at a pretty good clip today, so felt pretty good about that. I don't feel strong enough to do any strength training right now though. Going to have to think some more about how I will fit that in to my schedule.
On weekdays I do it in the morning, before getting in the shower. But my routine doesn't take that long and I'm not that ambitious about it. On the weekends or days off, I just do it after running but before shower.
