I ran 4 miles today, which brings the yearly total up to 126.  The run was fine, but uninteresting.

The future is pushing me ahead.  And we have to build this extremely long playlist.  Harsh Realms by Tom Gabel is in.  Couple of things here - I like this song and I like the video.  I think it is interesting to compare with The Bridge video.  Both have a guy singing next to himself - but this is all the way pared down.  Just feels like it matches the rawness of the song.  And it is raw.  But I really like it.
