I went out around sunset this evening as there was a cool breeze blowing. I did a darn good 3.5 miles. Made it up nemesis hill before taking a quick breather, then two more short breaks in the last mile. Beautiful night. I baked chocolate chip banana muffins this evening as my reward, and made sure to hide them from fat dog. Last time I did this I left a plate of delicious muffins out for bf, and he later said "it was good" which led me to understand that fat dog had climbed on the counter and eaten all but one of the muffins before bf got there. This is why she's still fat dog even though she runs so much.
