I sure didn't want to go today but I did. Real slow. I did my inclines and 11-12 min mile pace and I walked some. I played around with 2.5 incline for awhile. Then I did 100 crunches, which I'm trying to do more of since this is the only time in my life I have a shot at actual abs. I'm beat!
Yeah, I didn't want to go either. I actually was in my running clothes AND shoes and took them off! Now, this was mostly due to Dad and Patty, since I sit around in the morning chatting and my time just ran out, but still. I don't think I've ever taken off my running stuff once it is on. So, at work I went on the treadmill. I did three miles, but I was really pouty about it and did not do any incline at all.
